Abstract:

Strength training is especially important in the formation and development of special physical and athletic qualities. Through strength training can increase muscle, muscle, remove excess body fat, improve the shape, strengthen the supporting and connective tissue, and increase the level of physical qualities: speed, strength, endurance, agility and flexibility. It also helps in solving psychological problems. Exercises with weights, bodyweight, with a partner to help education of different qualities. In particular, it is perseverance, determination, discipline, responsibility, ability to be responsible for themselves and their actions, which is important for the formation of the male character.
