Abstract:

The article is devoted on the role in the achievement of high sports results athletes playing physical fitness. It affects the level of technical, tactical skill, mental resistance to various stresses. When building the training process of skiers,racers must take into account the anatomical features of the body. Aerobic and anaerobic capabilities of women are also slightly less than in men. In working with skiers-girls need to pay attention to the peculiarities of their biological cycle. When building the training process, it is important to take into account the functional state of athletes in different phases of the ovarian-menstrual cycle, as well as their psycho-emotional state. Sportswomen are capable to carry out intensive training and competitive loadings at the final stage in all phases of a biological cycle provided if in the preparatory period educational and training process was under construction taking into account biological features of a female organism.
