Abstract:

This article discusses the pharmacological effect and practical effect of sugar on the human body. How does it interact with some organs. What is fuel for our body. What complications can cause glucose and fructose. Some types of sugars are also described. A solution to the problem of obesity and the prevention of diabetes are proposed. Also explained in simple words, the principle of action of fructose and glucose in the human body.
