Abstract:

In modern world, the problem of the influence of physical culture on the mental development of students is topical. Therefore, the question of how physical activity can increase the efficiency of students and improve the ability to learnability is increasingly raised. Since modern standards of education require the inclusion of physical education lessons in all programs of specialization of students, scientists actively explore the impact of these activities on the brain activity of students. To verify the need for physical exertion to people engaged exclusively in scientific activities that do not require physical labor, a lot of experiments are conducted that reveal the ability of such loads to increase the percentage of acquired and processed information.
