INFLUENCE OF FOOD AND AREA OF HABITATION ON THE HUMAN BODY.

Abstract:

This article discusses the pharmacological effect of food on the human body, i.e. what, how and what influences at the molecular level, and what consequences may arise due to this. I mainly considered negative factors of influence from the point of view of dietology and pharmacology, some statements of people about nutrition were also considered. The effect of vegetables, nuts, berries, fish, mushrooms, some seasonings, drinking beverages, etc. was presented. Microelements were also considered (metals and nonmetals in the form of salts, etc.). Climatic factors of influence on humans were also presented. Mostly considered the northern region for convenience. The results of the influence of meteorological factors, photoperiodism were analyzed. Mention was made of electromagnetic influence, radiation. The work was created in order to acquaint the reader with how his body can be influenced by some decisions in terms of nutrition, as well as living in a particular environment. This may help in the future to avoid some serious health problems and help maintain a more or less healthy lifestyle in terms of nutrition and area of residence.
